Got Cake?
Place the card fold on the left and cover with black cardstock. Glue 4 3/4”x6 1/4” cut from top left corner of Happy Days banner paper and glue to the card center.
Die cut 3 1/4” white cardstock 4 Circles and 4 Scallops Cutting Dies and ink edges. Glue to the center of 3 7/8” black cardstock scallop circle die.
Back the cupcake wrapper on the lion Party Animal Dazzles™ with Happy Days chevron paper. Glue to the circle die-cut as shown. Color the frosting with BT4 and hat stripe BT7 Turquoises Spectrum Noir™ pens. Color lion and candle flame with GB5 and CT4 Yellows Spectrum Noir pens. Color party hat and candle CR11 Reds. Glue the scalloped circle 5/8” from the card bottom.
Place star border Party Animal Dazzles™ across the card bottom. Color every other star with CR11 Red. Back 3 hollow stars with white cardstock and glue the stars to the navy banner. Color the stars with BT4 and BT7 Turquoises, and CR11 Reds Spectrum Noir™ pens. Place small star Dazzles™ on the patterned banner as shown.
Place “Got CAKE?” Party Animal Dazzles™ at the top left. Back two balloon animal Dazzles™ with Happy Days red dot and yellow papers and glue to the right side of the card as shown.
Knot a length of 3/4” wide red dot sheer ribbon and Zot™ the knot to the left side of the circle as shown.
Die cut 3 1/4” white cardstock 4 Circles and 4 Scallops Cutting Dies and ink edges. Glue to the center of 3 7/8” black cardstock scallop circle die.
