For the card front: Open the card, then fold the front in half, aligning the edge with the center fold on the inside. Open the fold, then close the front and place the card with the center fold at the top.
Cut two 6¼"x2 1/8" Iris suede papers, then mat each on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue one to the front, centering it on the upper panel. Wrap a 7" blue ribbon across the center of the second suede paper, gluing the ends on the back. Glue the paper centered on the lower front panel.
Cut two 4"x6" watercolor papers. Place one on the craft sheet, then sprinkle the Color Burst and Pixie Powder over it sparingly (a little goes a long way). Spritz the panel with water until all the colors start to blend together. Lift the panel off the craft sheet and set it aside to dry.
You should have some liquefied powders still on your craft sheet. Spritz them again just a couple times, then place the second watercolor paper in the inks. Lift and dab it into the ink repeatedly until the panel is completely colored. Dry it with the heat gun, then spritz the craft sheet again and dab the paper back in the remaining inks. Lift and dab until splotches of ink are evenly spaced over the paper. Set it aside to dry and to use on the inside.
Trim the first watercolor panel to 3¾"x4½". Cut out the Clearly Creative snowman snow globe, then use tiny pieces of double-sided tape to attach it to the center of the inked panel. Mat the panel on Black suede paper with 1/8" borders, then on Forest suede paper with 1/16" borders. Glue the panel just to the lower half of the center front, slipping it under the ribbon and aligning the lower edges.
Glue three pearls around the snowman as shown. Make a 4-loop bow with blue ribbon and tie the center with thread. Use double-sided tape to attach it to the first ribbon as shown. Attach a ½" blue button to the bow center with tape, then tie a shoestring thread bow and glue it to the button center.
For the inside: Cut 5"x3" Forest suede paper and mat it on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Wrap a 6" green ribbon across it, 1¼" from the bottom, and glue the ends to the back. Glue the panel to the inside, 5/8" from the bottom.
Cut out the Clearly Creative 2¾" snowflake design, “enjoy the season” sentiment, and small snowflake square. Mat the sentiment on the colored panel from step 4, then on Black suede paper, both times with 1/16" borders. Attach the two snowflakes to the watercolored panel, trimming along the edges. Mat the small square snowflake on Black suede paper with 1/16" borders.
