For the card front: Trim the card to 5"x5", then place it with the fold at the top. Cut 4¾"x4¾" Winter Wishes green dotted paper and 6"x1½" snowflake circles paper. Glue the circles paper angled across the green paper as shown, trimming off the excess along the side edges of the green paper. Mat the paper on black cardstock with 1/16" borders.
Die cut a 2¾" circle from the panel, positioning the die ¾" from the top edge. Cut out the Clearly Creative mittens circle with 1/8" extra acetate along the edges, then center it behind the opening in the panel and glue in place.
Cut two 4½"x4½" squares of craft foam and adhere them together. Die cut a 2¾" circle from the craft foam, positioning it ½" from the upper edge. Adhere the craft foam to the back of the window panel, aligning the die cut openings.
Cut two 4"x5½" white cardstocks. Press both Distress ink pads on the craft sheet, overlapping the colors. Spritz the ink several times with water, then place a cardstock panel in the ink and press to blend the ink colors together. Lift the cardstock off the craft sheet and check to make sure it’s completely colored. If not, place it in the ink again, lift it up, and set it aside to dry. Repeat with the second cardstock.
Place the constructed front face down and place double-sided tape around the edge of the window opening. Add 1 teaspoon of sequins to the shaker window area. Trim one inked cardstock to 4"x4", then attach it to the constructed front, covering the window. Glue the constructed front to the card front, centering it.
Make a frame by centering the 2¾" circle die inside the 3¼" die on black cardstock and die cutting it. Glue the frame to the front around the window. Punch out the three Winter Wishes die-cuts shown and remove the nibs.
Cut out the “season’s greetings” label and mat it on black cardstock with 1/16" borders. Cut the ribbon in half, then fold each half and attach the ribbon ends to the back of the label with the loops extending ½" beyond the label ends. Use double-sided tape to attach the label to the front at the lower right. Glue the die-cuts and place jewel Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside: Trim the remaining inked cardstock to 5"x4" and glue it across the inside center. Cut two 5"x¼" black cardstock strips and glue them over the upper and lower edges of the inked cardstock. Cut 5"x1 1/8" Winter Wishes aqua snowflakes paper and mat the long edges on black cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue it across the inside center.
