Card front: Place a blank card with the fold on your left. Cover with gold paper. Sand and distress the edges of 4¾”x6¼” Vintage Christmas red swirl border paper and glue centered on your card.
TECHNIQUE: BACKED DIE-CUTS Follow your die-cutting machine manufacturer's instructions to cut three 2¼”x3” ornaments from gold paper. Place the die-cut on suede and trace around the center area. Cut out the suede piece inside the line and glue centered on the back of the ornament. Glue the ornament onto vellum and cut close to the outer edge. Repeat for each ornament.
Die-cut ten holly pieces from Forest Suede. Foam tape two ornaments over a holly die cut on the front of your card, as shown. Glue 1/16” wide strips of suede above each ornament, trimming even with the top of your card.
Glue a holly die-cut on opposite card corners. Back four holly die-cuts with gold paper and foam tape one at the top of each ornament and one on the corners as shown. Use Stickles™ on the holly berries and on the ornament. Let dry. Place “Joy” and star Dazzles™ as shown.
Card inside: Glue 5”x1/2” suede on the top edge. Sand and distress the edges of 5”x2½” Vintage Christmas red swirl border paper ¼” from the top edge. Glue the third vellum-backed ornament on the left and glue a holly die-cut at the top. Glue a gold backed holly die-cut at the top and use Stickles™ on the berries and ornament. Place “Merry Christmas” Dazzles™ as shown.
