Joy & Ornaments Scrapbook Page
For the page: Ink the edges of the Mirage red/black tiles paper. Use the template to trace and cut a 10" circle from Mirage red paper. Ink the edges, then glue to the center of the tiles paper.
Cut these Mirage paper strips for the left side: 1 1/8"x10¾" black/red circles paper, 1½"x11½" red/blue floral paper, and ¾"x9¾" silver stars paper. Ink all the edges. Arrange along the left side, and then trim the lower ends of the Mirage papers at an angle and the lower silver strip end in an inverted “V.”
Cut the following strips from Mirage papers for the top: 1½"x11¼" red paper, 1¼"x11" black/red circles paper, and ¾"x9¼" silver stars paper. Ink all the edges. Arrange across the page top, and cut the right ends of the Mirage strips at an angle and the right silver strip end in a “V.” Glue all the strips in place.
Mat the photo on silver stars paper with 1/16" borders, and again on black cardstock with 1/8" borders. Cut red cardstock to fit the embossing folder, very lightly spritz with water, and emboss. Trim to 5 7/8"x4 1/8" and mat on black cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue the embossed panel and photo to the page as shown.
Die cut one large, one medium, and two small ornaments and a “joy” from sparkle holographic paper. Glue the ornaments to black cardstock and cut around the edges. Glue three to the page on the left, and glue a ribbon extending from behind each ornament top, up to the upper page edge and to the back. Secure the ends to the back with tape.
Glue “Joy” to the embossed panel, overlapping the photo slightly. Glue the remaining ornament below the “y”. Tie four bows and glue one to each ornament top. Place a large pearl in each ornament center.
