Winter Wishes Front-Fold Pocket Card
For the larger card section: Cut 12"x6" cardstock and turn horizontally. Score vertically 5¼" and 9½" from the left end. Turn vertically with the shortest section on the bottom. Fold this section upward (this will be the pocket). Now fold the bottom up on the remaining score line—this will be the larger front panel.
For the larger front panel: Cut 5¾"x4" Winter Wishes circles paper and glue centered on the front. Cut 5¾"x1" Winter Wishes dark blue snowflakes paper and 5¾"x 3/8" silver paper. Glue the silver strip centered across the blue strip, then glue both to the front, ½" from the top. Punch out the Winter Wishes die cuts shown and remove the nibs. Cut out the “winter cheer” banner, then glue the banner and die cuts to the strip and place Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside: Cut 5¾"x5" Winter Wishes striped paper and glue centered on the upper inside panel. Cut 5¾"x2¼" Winter Wishes aqua snowflakes paper and glue centered on the pocket front. Punch (or cut) a half-circle centered on the pocket’s upper edge. Use Ultra tape to secure the pocket sides to the card inside.
Cut 5¾"x½" Winter Wishes dark blue paper and mat the long edges on silver paper with 1/16" borders. Glue centered across the pocket front. Punch out the Winter Wishes die cuts shown remove the nibs. Cut out the “baby, it’s cold outside” label and mat on silver paper with 1/16" borders. Glue the pieces to the pocket front and place Dazzles™ as shown.
For the smaller card section: Cut 8"x4½" cardstock, turn horizontally, and score 4" from the left end. Fold on the score to create the smaller card section. Open the larger card and glue the back of the smaller card to the inside, 3/8" from the top. To close the card, open the smaller card, close the larger card, then bring the smaller card front down on top.
For the smaller card front: Cut 4¼"x3¾" Winter Wishes plaid paper. Punch out the Winter Wishes die cuts shown and remove the nibs. Cut out the “‘tis the season” banner and mat on silver paper with 1/16" borders. Glue to the square frame die cut, aligning the upper edge with the inner frame edge.
Glue the frame centered on the plaid paper, then wrap ribbon ¾" from the top, inserting the ends through the openings in the frame sides. Glue the ribbon ends to the back of the plaid paper, then glue the paper centered on the smaller card front. Knot a 3" ribbon and glue to the center of the first ribbon, then foam tape the heart just to the right and place a Dazzles™ on it.
For the smaller card inside: Cut 4¼"x3¾" Winter Wishes green paper and glue centered on the inside. Punch out the Winter Wishes die cuts shown and remove the nibs. Cut out the “bundle up…” banner and mat on silver paper with 1/16" borders. Insert a 2" ribbon through the button die cut, then glue all the die cuts and the sentiment and place Dazzles™ as shown. Tuck the gift card in the pocket, then close the card.
