For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cut 6½"x5" black cardstock and glue to the front. Cut 6¼"x4¾" Christmas Cheer white/red floral paper and 5"x3 7/8" Christmas Cheer green dotted paper. Glue the green paper to the floral paper, centered along the left edge. Wrap ribbon 3/8" from the left edge and glue the ends to the back. Glue the paper centered on the front.
Stamp the polar bear image on white cardstock with Black ink and trim to 3¾"x3 1/8". Color the image with pens using DG2 for the trees and IG8 for the penguin bodies. Color the light blue clothing with TB3 and use TB5 for the dark blue. Use DR5 for all the red areas, OR1 for the beaks, and CT4 and DR7 for the skates. Color the polar bear’s scarf with CT4 and DG3, then color the bear’s shadowed areas and around the entire stamped image with IG1, softening the edges with the blender pen.
Mat the polar bear on green cardstock with 1/16" borders, and then on black cardstock with 1/32" borders. Glue to the green paper, tucking the left edge under the ribbon. Die cut a long flourish from green cardstock and glue just right of the green paper.
Die cut the label from Christmas Cheer ivory lacy paper. Stamp “Let It Snow” on it with Jet Black and a holly cluster on each side with Ponderosa. Color the leaves with DG2 and berries with DR5. Mat on green cardstock with 1/32" borders, and foam tape on the lower right.
Make a 4-loop bow with ribbon and tie the center with thread. Glue to the first ribbon, 1¼" from the top. Thread a ½" button with black thread, and glue it to the bow center. Place rhinestones as shown.
For the inside: Cut 6½"x2¾" Christmas Cheer green diamonds paper and mat the long edges on black cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue across the inside center. Cut 3¾"x4¼" Christmas Cheer ivory lacy paper and stamp the polar bear image with Black near the bottom. Mat on green cardstock with 1/16" borders, then on black cardstock with 1/32" borders. Glue centered on the inside.
Die cut a label from white cardstock, then stamp “A Very Merry Christmas…” on it with black and a Ponderosa holly cluster on each side. Color the holly as before, then mat the label on green cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue above the polar bear. Die cut two short flourishes and glue one on each side of the bear. Place the rhinestones as shown.
