Lacy Christmas Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cut 6¾"x4 7/8" Christmas Cheer red/black paper and glue centered on the front. Cut 5¼"x2½" Christmas Cheer green dotted paper and glue centered on the front.
Cut a doily in half, point to point. Glue the halves to the front, placed with the points overlapping in the card center as shown. Trim the excess doily. Place a thin line Dazzles™ 1/16" from each card side edge.
Follow the instructions to punch out and assemble the “Merry Little Christmas” paper tole design, using foam tape between the layers and leaving piece #4 off. Foam tape the design to the center front. Cover the holly berries with Crystal Lacquer and let dry.
For the inside: Cut 6½"x3¼" Christmas Cheer red dotted paper. Cut ¾" off one edge of a doily and glue as a ½" mat along the lower edge of the paper. Glue the paper to the inside, ½" from the lower edge. Cut 2" from the opposite edge of the doily and glue to the inside, extending over the red dotted paper as shown. Trim the excess.
Cut 6½"x 7/8" Christmas Cheer red/black paper and mat the lower edge on black cardstock with a 1/16" border. Glue to the inside along the fold. Place five thin line Dazzles™ across the inside as shown.
Cut out the “Wishing you the special gifts…” sentiment from the Christmas Cheer sentiments paper and mat on white cardstock with 1/32" borders. Mat on black cardstock with 1/16" borders, then on Christmas Cheer green dotted paper with ¼" borders, and again on black cardstock with 1/16" borders. Foam tape to the inside center, and then glue paper tole piece #4 to extend below it and an extra art star at the sentiment top. Cover the berries with Crystal Lacquer and let dry.
