Holly & Reindeer Holiday Card
From the CD, copy and size one frame to 2½"x1 7/8" and a second frame to 3¼"x2 3/8". Print onto Christmas gold paper. Copy and size “joy to you” phrase to fit the smaller frame and print in place. Copy, size, and print “peace in every season” phrase in the larger frame. Cut the smaller phrase to 2¾"x2" and mat on cardstock with 1/32" borders. Cut the larger phrase to 3 3/8"x2 5/8".
For the card front: Trim the card to 5"x5" and turn with the fold on the left. Cover the front with Christmas red silk paper. Cut 4"x4" Christmas plaid paper and glue centered on the red paper. Stamp the reindeer with watermark ink on Christmas dark green linen paper. Sprinkle embossing powder on it, tap off the excess, and heat to melt the powder. Trim to 3"x2 1/8" and mat on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue centered on the plaid paper.
Follow the directions on the template to trace and cut a large jolly holly from Christmas dark green linen paper and small holly from Christmas light green textured paper. Mat both on red holographic paper with 1/16" borders. Cut both holly designs into two 2-leaf pieces. Glue a small holly sprig to the upper left and one to the lower right corner as shown. Cut one large holly sprig into two leaves and glue over the small holly as shown. Stamp “magical” in black on Christmas light green textured paper. Trim to 1 3/8"x¾" and mat on cardstock with 1/32" borders. Foam tape the word and place Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside: Cover the inside with Christmas plaid paper and glue the phrase in the center. Cut two 5"x¼" red holographic strips and glue along the upper and lower edges of the phrase. Glue the holly and place Dazzles™ as shown.
