Christmas Tree Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left and trim to 4½"x6½". Cut the tree paper to fit the front, positioning the tree at the lower left. Ink the edges black and glue to the card.
Place Post-It® notes on all sides of the tree shape to mask it off. Stamp a black wire in a zigzag pattern down the tree. Remove the notes. Stamp the 5/8" ornament and a star randomly over the lower area of the tree with watermark ink. Add garnet embossing powder and heat to set. Repeat with the smallest ornament and a star, using gold embossing powder.
Stamp “Merry Christmas” in black just above the border. Copy, size, and print the “Somehow not only…” sentiment on white paper. Trim to 2¼"x1¾". Ink the edges with watermark ink then emboss with gold powder. Mat on burgundy textured paper with 1/16" borders and glue to the front at the upper right. Place pink crystals on the burgundy ornaments and orange crystals on the gold ornaments. Place four pink crystals near "Merry Christmas," positioned as shown.
For the inside: Cut a 3½"x4½" burgundy/green border paper and ink the edges black. Curve the wire stamp when placing it on the acrylic block, then stamp a black wire at the top of the paper. Stamp and emboss three ornaments as shown. Place an appropriate crystal on each. Copy, size, and print the “Wishing you all…” sentiment on white paper. Emboss the edges garnet, then glue to the inside as shown.
