Warm Winter Wishes Gift Bag
For the bag: Cut 4½"x7½" Winter Flannels purple paper and mat on glimmer paper with 1/16" borders. Wrap a 6" ribbon of each color across the paper 1" from the top, crossing them 1¼" from the right edge, and glue the ends to the back. Glue the paper centered on the bag front.
Use the template to trace a large and a small heart onto glimmer paper and cut out. Punch out the snowman/heart paper tole die-cuts and assemble as instructed with foam tape between the layers. Die cut three 2" snowflakes and five ½" snowflakes from white pearl vellum.
Glue the hearts, snowman, and snowflakes to the front, arranged as shown. Place rhinestones in the centers of the ½" snowflakes and glue a round button to the center of each 2" snowflake.
Holding both ribbons together, make an 8-loop bow and tie the center with thread. Glue the bow to the bag where the first ribbons cross. Glue the snowflake button to the bow center, then tie a thread bow and glue to the button. Knot two threads together, trim the ends, and glue the knot to a round button. Repeat for the remaining two round buttons.
