Best Time of the Year Rectangle Swing Card
For the card & papers: Use the template to trace and cut the main card from cardstock. Score above and below the rectangular swinging section. Use the knife to cut the sides of the swing section, leaving the spine area uncut. Crease the score lines as directed on the template.
Trace and cut the left side paper pattern from Christmas Lace small doilies paper and the right side pattern from large doilies paper. Glue both in place. Trace and cut the spine paper pattern from Christmas Lace blue snowflakes paper and glue. Cut two rectangle paper patterns from Christmas Lace green snowflakes paper and glue one centered on the front and one on the back of the swinging section. Close the card.
For the front: Punch out the die cuts shown and remove the nibs. Foam tape the label die-cut to the swing section, 1/8" from the right edge. Foam tape the holly leaves die-cut to the lower left corner, and then glue a 1" snowflake extending from under it at the top. Glue a 1" snowflake and foam tape a 7/8" flower die-cut at the upper left. Place pearls as shown.
For the inside: Punch out the die-cuts shown and remove the nibs. Stamp “May Christmas be…” on the label, and then glue to the swing section. Glue the 2" doily and 4¼" swirl die-cut along the right edge with a 5/8" snowflake under the swirl in the center. Foam tape the remaining die-cuts and place pearls as shown.
