Red & Black Christmas Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top and trim to 5"x5". Measure 7/8" from the fold down the right side and mark it. On the bottom, measure 7/8" from the left lower edge and mark. Trim off the lower right corner from point to point. Punch one cardstock edge for 9". Trace around the card front onto the cardstock, placing the diagonal edge 5/8" from the punched edge. Cut out and glue to the front, leaving the upper 2" unglued.
Trace and cut the front pattern from Color Me™ snowflakes paper and place on the craft sheet. Rub the red inkpad over it, wipe off the excess, and let dry. Glue centered on the front. Cut 2" off the burgundy grosgrain ribbon and set aside. Cut the remainder in half, then tie the ends together. Insert both long ends through the red/black tag and pull the knot to the hole. Glue the tag centered on the front and the ribbons across the upper front, gluing the ends under the cardstock. Finish gluing the cardstock to the card.
Cut out the round Color Me™ tag and ink it red. When dry, stamp “joy to all” in black, then mat on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the tag, extending off the angled edge. Cut out the two acrylic art pieces and glue as shown.
For the inside: Cover the inside with cardstock. Cut a 4¾"x4¾" Color Me™ flower words paper and ink red. When dry, glue centered on the inside. Punch a 6" along one edge of the cardstock, then trim to 4¾"x¾". Glue across the inside, 1¼" from the fold. Cut out the acrylic sentiment, fold the 2" ribbon in half, and glue behind the top. Insert a bow brad, then glue below the border as shown.
