For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top and cover the front with green cardstock. Cut 6¼"x4¾" Winter Flannels tan snowflakes paper and glue centered on the front. Cut 5"x3 3/8" Winter Flannels purple paper and mat on purple cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the front, ½" from the left edge.
Cut 6½"x1" Winter Flannels plaid paper and mat the long edges on purple cardstock with 1/16" borders. Punch a 6½" long green cardstock strip and weave the blue ribbon through the center. Glue across the center of the plaid strip and glue the ribbon ends to the back. Glue the strip to the front, 1¼" from the top. Follow the papier tole package directions to assemble the heart mittens, placing foam tape between the layers. Foam tape to the front near the left edge.
Use the template to trace and cut bracket label E from Winter Flannels blue tiles paper and stamp “cozy winter wishes” on it with black ink. Mat on purple cardstock with 1/32" borders. Cut two 1½"x¼" Winter Flannel plaid paper strips and notch one end of each. Foam tape the label to the front at the lower right, tucking the plaid strips under the upper left corner. Knot a 3" ribbon and glue to the mitten string, then place the jewel Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside: Cut a snowflake corner from the Winter Flannels border paper to 6 1/8"x4 5/8" and mat on purple cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue centered on the inside. Stamp “may your days…” and “your holiday be…” sentiments with black ink as shown. Stamp the mittens and small snowflakes with purple ink as shown. Knot a 3" ribbon, trim the ends, and glue to the mitten string. Place the Dazzles™ as shown.
