Snowman Holiday Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cut Lacy blue paper to cover the front, placing white lace along the left edge. Cut 4 5/8"x4" Vintage Christmas brown paper and mat on teal paper with 1/16" borders on three edges and glue to the blue paper, 5/8" from the bottom as shown. Glue brown/blue grosgrain ribbon across the papers, 1¾" from the bottom, leaving the center unglued and gluing the ends on the back. Rub the ink pad over the snowman Brad Buddy™ lightly and let dry. Attach to the paper as shown, then glue the paper to the card. Knot a 3" ribbon and glue as shown.
Print a 2¼"x1½" greeting on Lacy red paper. Position the lacy label template with the greeting near the left end and trace. Cut out, then punch a snowflake in the right end. Mat on teal paper with 1/16" borders. Draw white stitches around the edges of the label and snowflake. Insert a snowflake brad in the top and glue to the front, tucking the label under the ribbon as shown. Bend down the prongs on two cup brads, then glue as shown. Hold three threads together, tie a bow, and glue to a button, then glue the button as shown.
For the inside: Cover the inside with Lacy blue lace paper. Cut 4¼"x3½" Vintage Christmas brown paper and mat the bottom and right edges on teal paper with 1/16" borders. Glue to the inside, 5/8" from the bottom as shown. Punch snowflakes along one cardstock edge, then trim into a 1½"x6½" strip. Mat on teal paper with 1/16" borders and insert a red brad in the center of each snowflake. Glue next to the fold. Create a 2 1/8"x1 5/8" sentiment and print on Lacy red paper. Trace fancy label B around it, cut out, and draw stitches around the edges. Mat on teal paper with 1/16" borders, then insert a gold brad in each end. Glue as shown. Insert a red brad in two punched snowflakes, trim the prongs, and glue as shown.
