Place the Center Step die-cut card over the reverse side of the red patterned Adorable Scorable and trace the shape of the entire front panel. Cut out and glue to the card. Repeat for the side pieces using red hearts holographic cardstock.

Select large 3-piece topper and separate the layers. Glue the largest frame down on the center front panel. Add a single layer of foam tape to the middle frame and attach. Add two layers of foam tape to center and attach. Glue two oval topper sentiments on the top and bottom of largest topper and Zot™ 2” wide bow as shown. Cut a length of ribbon 5 3/4” long and glue along the bottom of front panel. Place Diamond Sparkles Crystal Shimmers as shown.
