For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top and trim to 5"x5". Cut 4¾"x4¾" Christmas light snowflakes paper and use sponges to rub pearl blue and lavender ink around the edges, blending the inks. Wrap a 7" ribbon across the paper, 1" from the lower edge, and glue the ends on the back. Glue the paper centered on the card. Wrap and knot 3" ribbon around the first piece, ¾" from the left edge.
Cut 2¼"x3¼" cardstock and stamp a tree on it in watermark ink. Sprinkle embossing powder over it, tap off the excess, and heat to melt it. Use sponges to rub blue and lavender ink over the cardstock, blending the colors together. Mat on Christmas blue paper with 1/16" borders, then glue next to the knot. Punch four white paper branches and glue under the knot. Stamp, emboss, and ink “winter wishes” on white cardstock. Trim to 1 1/8"x 5/8" and mat on Christmas blue paper with 1/32" borders. Foam tape as shown.
For the inside: Cut 4¾"x4¾" Christmas dark snowflakes paper and rub ink around the edges as before. Glue centered on the inside. Cut a 5" piece of Christmas striped border art and glue across the inside, 1 5/8" from the fold. Cut out the Christmas aqua tag, “caution” circle, and “Happy Holidays” ribbon art. Punch two white paper branches, then glue the art and branches as shown. Knot the remaining ribbon and glue to the tag.
