Gilded Holly Card

For the card front: With the fold on the left, cut the card to 4 1/2” x 6 1/2”. Cut gold paper to cover the front and glue it in place. Cut a 4 1/4” x 6 1/4” piece of the green/red flowered paper and ink the edges. Mark a very light vertical line about 2” from the right edge on the flowered paper. Position the 3” holly Dazzles angled across the line, positioning the berries at 2 3/4” from the lower edge. Cut two 1 3/4” lengths of the holly border. Adhere one extending upward on the line from the top edge of the large holly piece. Repeat with the other border piece extending downward on the line. Cut a 2” and a 2 1/2” length of ribbon. Glue one end of the 2” length at the back of the frame’s right side. Bring the ribbon through the frame and wrap it to the right. Repeat on the opposite side with the second ribbon length. Glue the frame over the large holly. Glue the ribbons across the card front, adhering the ends at the back. Glue the constructed front centered on the gold card front. Add triple leaf holly sprigs to each corner of the flowered paper. Add double leaf holly sprigs to each frame corner. For the inside: Print out the sentiment in black on a piece of the flowered paper. Mat it on gold and glue it centered to the inside back. Add a piece of the holly border at the upper left and the swirl at the lower right.
