Happy Birthday Pop-It-Up Card
Fold on the score lines. Use the small frame to die cut a Simply Susan green/black herringbone paper and a gray border paper. Glue the gray border to the outside center panel, and the green/black to the inside center panel, centered. Cut one chevron from the Simply Susan chevron paper, and glue it to the inside card bottom.
Assemble the Banner Paper Tole with foam tape using pieces 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 & 8. Glue to the inside card top. Assemble the bicycle with all the pieces and glue to the center inside panel, making sure the bicycle back does not show on the front when the card is closed. Assemble the medallion label using pieces 1 & 2. Glue inside, hiding it behind the panel. Back paper tole piece #3 of the banner with teal paper. Glue it on the front center panel over the place where the bicycle handlebars show.
Die cut three teal strings. Zot™ two small paper tole hearts together (pieces 3 & 5 from the medallion paper tole) with the end of a “string” sandwiched between them. Glue to the back of the bike at the fold. Glue piece 6 and the extra artwork star together with a string in the middle. Glue to the front of the bike at the fold. The third string will have a star on just one side.
Die cut the swing piece. Fold on the score lines. Glue to the inside front, and to the inside back, with the middle part pointing to the right. Glue it just to the right of the bicycle. Die cut a postage stamp frame, and middle. Glue together, and glue to the swing piece. Glue the last star on a string to the top of the frame. Foam tape a star to the center. Place Dazzles™ as shown.

Assemble the Banner Paper Tole with foam tape using pieces 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 & 8. Glue to the inside card top. Assemble the bicycle with all the pieces and glue to the center inside panel, making sure the bicycle back does not show on the front when the card is closed. Assemble the medallion label using pieces 1 & 2. Glue inside, hiding it behind the panel. Back paper tole piece #3 of the banner with teal paper. Glue it on the front center panel over the place where the bicycle handlebars show.
