Flowerpot Pocket Die Thank You Card
For the flowerpot: Fold 5"x10" navy cardstock in half crosswise. Place the flowerpot die on it with the bottom along the fold and die cut the pot pocket. Die cut the flowerpot rim from blue cardstock. Cut 4"x1¼" light blue tiles paper and mat the long lower edge on navy cardstock with a 1/8" border. Wrap a 5" length of the ribbon across the paper near the lower edge, and glue the ends to the back. Glue the rim die-cut to the flowerpot so it extends 1/8" above the rim.
Cut 4" of the Blue Persuasion 1 1/8" wide square tiles and mat the long edges on blue cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue the strip across the lower front, ¼" from the bottom, and trim off the excess. Glue the pocket side edges together by running a narrow bead of acrylic glue near the side edges.
Cut out the Blue Persuasion “thank you” tag and mat it on navy cardstock with 1/16" borders. Foam tape it angled at the lower right as shown. Make a 4-loop bow with the ribbon and tie the center with thread. Glue the bow to the first ribbon near the left edge. Attach a butterfly bubble to the bow center.
Die cut four leaves from light green cardstock. Die cut a large bloom from light blue, a small bloom from medium blue, and a large center from white cardstock. Glue the leaves to the flower pot as shown. Stack the medium blue bloom on the light blue bloom with foam tape, then glue the center to the top bloom. Foam tape the flower to the lower front as shown.
For the insert: Die cut the insert from navy cardstock. Cut 2½"x4¾" Blue Persuasion floral corner paper and glue it centered on the insert. Cut out the two Blue Persuasion cutouts shown and mat the floral square on navy cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue both as shown.
