Born to be Wild Card
Cut a 6 1/2”x5” black cardstock and place on your craft sheet. Follow steps 1-4 from the Naturally Aged Paint-Bare Metal instruction sheet to paint the cardstock and use the heat gun to quicken the drying process of the pooled paints. Repeat the process to create the same tarnished look on a 4 1/2”x4” white cardstock.
Use StazOn® to stamp the motorcycle image across the lower area of the large painted cardstock, overlapping the wheels slightly.
Unravel a 10” length of paper twine and place on your craft sheet. Brush randomly with soft pewter glaze, then mist lightly with sterling and iron. Let dry. Cut 2” from one and and save for later. Bunch the long twine piece at the top of your large painted cardstock and glue ends under the cardstock. Punch a hole at each end and insert brads. Wrap a length of memory thread around the twine and twist ends around the brads.
Place your card with the fold at the top. Glue your piece onto your card front.
Tear 1/2” from each edge of the small painted cardstock. Use StazOn® to stamp the motorcycle image across the lower area, as in step-2. Use VersaMark™ to stamp and emboss the motorcycle in white, just to the right of the last StazOn® stamped image. Punch holes at each corner and insert brads. Foam tape in place, as shown.
Stamp and emboss “Born to be Wild” in white on a 1”x1/2” black cardstock. Mat on white with a 1/16” border and foam tape over a 1 1/2”x1” piece of the saved painted twine, as shown.
