Card front: Place your card with fold on the top and cover with Happy Days yellow paper.
Cut a 5 1/2”x 4” white cardstock. Following the tip above to create splatters, make a rainbow pattern on your cardstock with #125, #121, #111, #105, #168, #147, #143, and #136. Mat on Happy Days multi colored paper with 1/4” borders and foam tape to the center of your card.
Stamp the largest flower on white cardstock with Black ink. Draw a line around the tip of the flower petals with #153 and use a wet paintbrush to blend the color along the length of the petals. Color in the center of the flower with #250 and #115 and blend with a wet paintbrush. Cut out the flower and glue to the lower right corner of the card.
Stamp the smaller flower on white cardstock with Black ink. Color the interior of the petals with #115 and use a wet paintbrush to blend the color outward. Cut out the flower and glue to the top right corner of the card.
Stamp “happy Birthday to…” in Black on white cardstock. Color over the letters by wetting your paintbrush and rubbing over the tip of the watercolor pencil. Use colors #125, #121, #111, #105, #168, #147, #143, and #136. Cut around the image with 1/16” borders and foam tape to the card 3/4” from the bottom and 1 1/2” from the right.
Card inside: Stamp “Celebrate” in Black ink on a 4 3/4”x1 3/4” white cardstock 1/4” from the left. Draw vertical stripes with colors #125, #121, #111, #105, #168, #147, #143, and #136 starting 1 1/4” from the right and blend with a wet paintbrush. Mat on aqua Happy Days paper with 1/8” borders and glue to the center of the card.
