Designer’s Note: When I receive a kit, I love to find additional ways to use the products to create unique cards. For this card, I scaled it down to two layers instead of three. Still very pretty, just not quite as bulky.
Instructions:
1. For the card: Remove the Blushing Blooms die-cuts from the backing cardstock. On the card back, cut off the two outer panels. Remove just the inner floral panel from the card front, leaving the gold frame in place. Use foam tape to attach it over the image on the inside back. Continue to build the layers with foam tape. Place a pink butterfly Dazzles™ at the upper left.
2. Crease the card front on the score lines. Trim an acetate panel to fit behind the opening in the front and use sticky tape to attach it. Attach the outer panels of the front to the remaining outer back panels.
3. Die cut a 1½" square label from Mirri and foam tape it to the front at the lower left. Die cut a 1⅛" square label from pink cardstock and glue it to the gold label, offset as shown. Place gold “happy birthday” Dazzles™ on the pink label. Place four pink butterfly Dazzles™ on the front, then place pink pearls on the bodies as shown.
4. For the back: Die cut a 2" heart each from Mirri and from pink cardstock. Die cut the 1⅜" heart from the center of the gold heart, then attach the open 2" gold heart to the pink heart. Place gold “celebrate” and small heart Dazzles™ on the heart, then foam tape it to the back. Place three pink butterfly Dazzles™ on the back as shown, then place pearls on the bodies.
