Rose Gold Embossed Birthday Card
For the card front: Place the card with the fold at the top. Cut 5½"x3½" Rose Gold glitter cardstock and glue it to the center of the card front. Cut 5"x7" Rose Gold rose shimmer cardstock, place it in the embossing folder and emboss it.
Trim the panel to 4½"x6½". Place it on the craft mat and use a blender brush to brush Bordeaux ink along the edges, inking inward about 1". Use the brush to add Seal Brown ink along the edges, brushing inward ½". Let the ink dry completely.
Cut two 6½"x¾" strips of Rose Gold brown shimmer cardstock. Use sticky tape to attach a strip extending from behind each long edge of the embossed panel as matting. Trim the mats to ¼" wide, then foam tape the panel to the card front. Place brown “happy birthday” Dazzles™ centered in the opening.
Die cut three small roses and three leaves from Rose Gold glitter cardstock. Glue all the die-cuts to brown shimmer cardstock and trim along the edges. Foam tape and glue the roses and leaves to the front as shown.
For the inside: Cut 6"x4½" Rose Gold small glittered roses paper and ink the edges as for the front panel. Glue it to the inside center. Cut 3¾"x2½" Rose Gold rose shimmer cardstock and mat it on brown shimmer cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue it centered on the roses paper.
