Cover the card with yellow circles paper. Round the bottom two corners. Cut a 2”x5 1/2” green paper and roll three lines of circles. Round the bottom corners and glue to the tag, lining up the top edges.

Embellish with shapes from the creative pack. Punch the hole at the top and thread yellow and green ribbon through. Tie an orange bow around the ribbon.
