For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cut Jewel burgundy leaves paper to cover the front and ink the edges plum. Glue the lower half in place on the card. Punch out the dragonfly window and set the pieces aside. Follow the instructions in the Iris-Folding book to create the dragonfly topper, using metallic purple, blue, and silver for the wings. Place red metallic paper behind the piece, filling in the body and wing centers. Trim the topper to 4 3/8"x4" and mat on Friendship burgundy cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the front, ¼" from the lower and left edges.
Cut out the Jewel pink oval tag and stamp the flowered frame in black on it. Stamp “a warm hello” in plum, then mat on metallic silver paper with 1/32" borders. Cut a 5½" burgundy ribbon and fold 1¼" on one end. Glue the fold to the tag, then insert a pink brad over it. Glue the tag in place and the ribbon across the front, wrapping the end to the back. Glue the upper half of the leaf paper to the card. Cut the prongs off the dragonfly brad and glue to the card as shown.
For the inside: Cut a 5"x4" Jewel dark purple paper and ink the edges plum. Cut out the large burgundy tag and stamp the frame and “feel better soon” in black on it. Glue to the paper as shown. Fold ribbon as before and glue across the purple paper. Glue the paper to the inside. Paint the large punched-out dragonfly pwings cherry chocolate, the small wings pink, and the body aqua. Lightly sponge pink over the chocolate wings and body, and chocolate over the pink wings. When dry, glue in place. Glue a button over the folded ribbon, then tie a bow with thread and glue to the button.
