For the card front: Cut 4¾"x6¼" Hydrangea Heaven pink script cardstock and glue it centered on the front. Cut 3¼"x4¼" Hydrangea Heaven swirls cardstock and mat it on purple cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue it centered on the front. Cut 5"x1" Hydrangea Heaven hydrangeas cardstock and mat the long edges on purple cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue it across the front, 1 3/8" from the bottom.
Die cut the hydrangea blossoms twice each from purple, lavender, light blue, and medium blue foam sheets. Heat the iron to the wool setting. Use the tweezers to place the flowers, one at a time, onto the hot surface of the iron. Leave each flower on the heat just a couple seconds until the petals begin to curl, then scoot them off the heat.
Die cut the large hydrangea base from dark purple cardstock. Use the specialist glue to attach the blossoms to the base, crowding them close together and alternating the colors. Place a rhinestone in the center of each blossom.
Die cut the large leaf twice and the curved stem once from green cardstock. Use the bone folder to gently curve the leaves. Glue the stem and leaves as shown, trimming the excess stem. Glue the hydrangea base overlapping the stem top and angled as shown.
Knot a 4" length of ribbon, trim the ends, then glue the knot to the stem between the leaves. Punch out the “happy birthday” label and mat it on purple cardstock with 1/8" borders. Foam tape it as shown.
