Cut the Blue Sponged paper to 11”x11” and glue centered on lavender cardstock.
Mat a 5”x7” photo on vellum that has been chalked blue with ¼” borders. Mat again on vellum that has been chalked green with ¼” borders. Glue to the top left corner, 1” from the top and the left edges.
Stamp five large hydrangea stamps on vellum with VersaMark™ ink. Cover with white embossing powder, and tap the excess off. Heat emboss with the heat tool. Color with blue chalk. Stamp five small flowers using the same process. Color with blue chalk. Stamp four leaves on vellum and heat emboss with white embossing powder. Color with green chalk. Stamp one butterfly on vellum, and heat emboss with white embossing powder. Color with yellow chalk. Cut out all of the stamped images using the matching cutting dies, making sure to align your cutting die with the stamped image.
Use the VersaMark™ pen to color over the centers of several flowers in the large hydrangea bunches, and also the small flowers. Sprinkle with Embossing Tinsel, and tap off the excess. Heat emboss with the heat tool. Foam tape one small flower onto each large hydrangea. Arrange the flowers, leaves and butterfly around the picture as shown, and glue in place.
Computer journal or write the names and date onto blue-chalked vellum. Use Design Tool Kit #1 to trace the Victorian Label around the journaling. Mat onto green-chalked vellum with 1/8” borders. Glue in the bottom right corner.
