Card front: Cut a 4 3/4"x6 1/4" piece of pink cardstock from the Fairy Garden Solid and with the tape runner attach to the card front leaving a 1/16" white border. Cut a 4 1/2"x6" piece of the black floral border cardstock from the Fairy Garden Patterned and with the tape runner attach over the pink cardstock leaving a 1/8" pink border.
Cut 5"x1 ½” floral cardstock and with the tape runner secure it onto 5"x1 ¾” gold Mirri. With the tape runner attach it 1 3/4" from the bottom. Foam Tape the Build-a-Topper base 1/2" from left and bottom. Cut out the black frame from the sentiment sheet in the Fairy Garden Patterned and with the tape runner secure to a piece of gold Mirri leaving a 1/16" gold border. Attach onto the background base Topper with the tape runner 1/2" from the right and 1 1/4" from the top. Foam tape the Topper vase, flowers, and greeting die-cuts as shown. Make and Zot™️ a 2" wide pink bow below the greeting. Place Diamond Sparkles in the flowers.
Card inside: Cover the inside with the tape runner, place hot pink solid cardstock on top, press down, turn over and trim off the excess. Cut a 3"x6 ½” pink floral cardstock and with the tape runner attach 3 1/4"x6 1/2" gold Mirri. Secure to the center of the card base. Foam tape the "Happy Birthday" cut-out from the Fairy Garden collection and the flowers from the Build-a-Topper set as shown. Place Diamond Sparkles in the flowers. Make and Zot™️ a 1 1/2" pink bow as shown.
