Place card with fold on left. Cover card front with colorful brick paper. Using an X-Acto knife, cut four 1 3/8” square windows horizontally centered and 1 ¼” from the top, with ¼” between each window.
Write “Welcome” on a small yellow tag and stamp “Little One” beneath it. Glue the yellow tag onto a larger green tag. Punch a hole in the top of the green tag. Cut a 10” length of blue grosgrain ribbon and tie in a bow through the punched hole. Foam tape the tag to the bottom left corner.
For the window: Cut a 3 ¾” square from the clear overlay and draw lines down the center of the square vertically and horizontally. You now have guides to follow when stamping your four windows. Using the white StazOn, stamp the top of each window with the dot/icicle stamp. Stamp two other sides of each window with the solid border stamp to look like snow. Glue the window to the back of the card front so that the white stamping shows through the front.
For the inside: Cover the inside with mauve dot border paper with the border running across the bottom. Stamp an elephant onto pale green paper with black inkpad and color with colored pencils. Cut out. Repeat this process with the bear on pale yellow paper. Glue the elephant to the top left to peak out of the top left window (when the card is closed.) Glue the bear to the bottom right to look through the bottom right window. Stamp black buttons across top and bottom of the card inside.
