Make a Wish
Trim out the crystal ball from one of the Brilliant Background pages and secure to 4 5/8"x6 5/8” starry night paper at an angle. Mat onto blue mix glitter cardstock leaving a 1/16" border. Glue to the card front leaving a 1/8" white border.
Layer the kitty with foam tape leaving the second layer (with lit candles), a small flower, and the cat's face for the inside. Attach the layered piece to the crystal ball as shown. Foam tape "Make a Wish" Topper sentiment on the base of the crystal ball. Make and Zot™️ a 2" black bow beneath the sentiment. Place gold star Dazzles™️ as shown.
Cut 5"x3 3/4" blue mix glitter cardstock and glue to the bottom inside the card. Cut 4 ¼”x5 ½” starry night paper and mat on gold Mirri leaving a 1/8" gold border. Glue leaving 1/4" blue mix glitter cardstock on all sides but the top. Glue and foam tape the cat layers as shown. Place "Sending Wishes" Dazzles™️ below the kitty. Make and Zot™️ a 1 ½” black bow below. Place gold star Dazzles™️ as shown.
