For the card front: Position the card with the fold on the left. Cut a 4 ¾”x6 ¼” piece of the words paper and chalk the edges light blue. Lightly draw a line ½” from the right edge. Beginning ½” from the upper edge, punch double slots along the line, positioning them about ¾” apart. Erase the pencil line. Thread the ribbon through the slots, gluing the ends at the back of the paper.

Cut a 2 ¼”x2 ¾” piece of the blue mesh paper and chalk the edges blue. Mat it on lavender paper and chalk the edges with lavender. Mat again on white. Glue the matted piece to the words piece, positioned as shown. Adhere the rattle in the center of the blue mesh paper.

Cut out the four letters and add foam tape to the backs. Attach them to the lower front, angled as shown. Glue the constructed front piece centered on the blank card front.

For the inside: Cut a 5”x2” piece of lavender texture and chalk the edges lavender. Cut out the “treasured gift” tag and glue it at an angle near the left end. Add a lavender brad. Cut out the word art and glue to the right end, angling the pieces. Glue this finished piece centered across the inside card back.
