Die cut the photo using the 2” wide circle die. Use glue stick to glue the photo to the inside back of the largest Bezel Circle, making sure to center with the Bezel loop hangers at the top and bottom. Pour Crystal Lacquer over the photo, filling the Bezel about 1/2 full. Let dry overnight on a flat surface.
Use the pliers to open the eye pin on 3 pearl charms. Secure to the bottom loop on the Bezel. Place pearl stickers around the inside edge of the Bezel, framing the photo.
Cut 1 1/4”-1 1/2” lengths of 1/4”x-1/2” wide ivory, white and black ribbons. Shred the wider ribbons by cutting them into 3rds lengthwise. Hold the ribbons together and tie at the center with a 4” length of black braid ribbon. Use fingertips to pull at the ribbons to give them a tattered look.
Hold 10” lengths of both 1/2” wide black grosgrain ribbon and 1/4” wide white sheer ribbon together has one and tie a bow, keeping the white ribbon centered on top of the black. Glue the bow to the center of the tied ribbons. Glue the tied center to the top loop on the Bezel. Glue the pin back to the top center on the back of the Bezel.
