Sending Warm Thoughts Card
Card front: Cut your card to 6¼”x4½”. Place the card with the fold on top. Cover with Trail Blazer wood grain paper.
Cut a 5¾”x4” Trail Blazer muddy paper. Use the Embossing Folder and Die Cutting Machine to dry emboss the muddy paper. Mix Inka-Gold Steel Blue and Green Yellow to make a light turquoise color. Rub over the embossed paper to ink just the raised areas. Wrap a golden ribbon ½” from the bottom, and glue to the card front.
Remove the rhinestones in the centers of the flowers. They will pop right out. Save to put back in later. Use the color made in Step #2 to paint one of the flowers. Paint two flowers Steel Blue, one flower Gold, one Green Yellow, and one Rose Quartz. You may have to use two coats of paint. After the paint dries, buff them with a paper towel, or soft cloth, and use a Zot™ to place the rhinestone back in the centers. Paint two butterflies gold all over. Go back over sections with Steel Blue, Green Yellow, and Brown Gold. Buff after the paint dries. Glue to the card on the left side. Zot™ a ribbon bow under the flowers.
Ink over the Dazzles™ with Steel Blue Inka-Gold. When dry, place the Dazzles™ in a 2½”x1 3/8” light brown paper. Mat on Trail Blazer wood grain paper with 1/16” borders. Glue to card. Glue the butterfly overlapping the sentiment.
Card inside: Ink the edges of a 6”x4” Trail Blazer green chevron paper. Glue centered. Ink the Dazzles™ with Steel Blue Inka-Gold. When dry, place on a 2½”x1 7/8” light brown paper. Ink the edges. Mat on Trail Blazer wood grain paper with 1/16” borders. Glue in the top left corner. Glue the butterfly on the bottom left of the words.
