Cover the card front with Blue Persuasion Patterned Cardstock. Die cut the large frame from dark blue Blue Persuasion Solid Cardstock. Place just the rose corners of the dark blue Cardstock on the sheet of Sticky Specks then place on light blue cardstock. Trim around edges so the flowers are filled in with light blue.

Place entire frame on a Sticky Specks sheet then position on the card. Mat two die-cuts on light blue Cardstock leaving a 1/16” border. Glue one flat at center and foam tape the other on top. Zot™ a 2” wide bow to the top left of both. Attach Diamond Sparkles as shown.
