Card front: With the fold on the top trim off 1" from both sides and then 1/2" off the bottom creating a flap. Cover the flap with black cardstock. Glue a 4 1/4" square of light blue patterned Adorable Scorable in the center leaving a 1/8" black border. Place the third circle die in the center and run through die cutting machine twice. Die-cut a scalloped frame using same circle and the next larger scallop out of gold Mirri. Glue this over the evacuated area. Foam tape "I'm Dotty About You" Topper along the bottom. Add Diamond Sparkles as shown.

Card inside: Cover the inside with black cardstock. Cut a 6 1/4"x4 1/4" piece of dark blue patterned Adorable Scorable and glue leaving a 1/8" black border. Add Gold Jewel Border Dazzles™️ along the right and left edges of the blue patterned Adorable Scorable. Glue the paws Topper border along the bottom. Put glue on the back of the Dalmatian Topper and close card to wiggle the Topper into place behind the evacuated circle. Place Tiny Words and Phrases Dazzles™️ around the circle also adding Diamond Sparkles in between each one.
