Use a cosmetic sponge and the red ink from Tulip Fields Cat’s Eye Queue, to sponge about ¾” across the paper. Get a new cosmetic sponge, with orange from the Jelly Bean Cat’s Eye Queue, to sponge the next ¾&rdquo,; across the paper, and blending into the red. Continue with the next four colors, yellow, green, blue and purple, using a new sponge each time, blending into the previous color, and inking about ¾” each time.
Begin stamping with the large leaf stem toward the top of the paper, centered. Use StazOn Jet Black ink. Mask off the bottom of the stem with paper or tape, and stamp the stem again, to go to the bottom of the paper. Stamp more stems of different kinds, masking where necessary. Finish by filling in some of the blank spaces with a small flower stamp. Stamp the sentiment on the top left corner. Pull the tape or paper off the edges of the square. Glue centered on the card front. Mount on a 5” square of black cardstock. Glue the bottom half only to the bottom half of the card front, to create an easel card.
Card inside: Cut a 4 ½”x2 ¼” white cardstock. Use the same inking technique to ink across the paper. Ink about ½” each time, blending into the previous color. Stamp the grass border along the bottom. Stamp two small stems on the left. Stamp the sentiment on the right.
