Card is 6”x6”
*Tape down corners of stencil on dark blue paper. Use palette knife to apply Champagne Stardust Butter.
*Remove stencil and soak in water bath to prevent drying on stencil.
*Let image dry for about an hour and use 4.5” scissors to cut around image.
*Lightly sand Foiled Fancies and or color with Tri Blend Marker.
