Card front: Journal “Inner” on the upper left area of 5 ¾”x6” yellow texture paper, then tape the left wing of the stencil over the right edge and swipe the open areas with embossing paste. Let dry. Tear the top from 5 ¾”x6” red floral border paper and glue onto the bottom of the yellow paper, as shown. Cut the piece vertically down the center and glue each piece onto the front gate-fold panels of your closed card.
Use a wet brush to apply ivory paint across a 3 ½”x2” white cardstock and let dry. Mask off around “Beauty” on the stencil, then place over the painted cardstock and swipe with paste. Remove the stencil and let dry. Use a wet brush to apply black paint to the bottom of the letters, purple and pink to the top, blending with the brush. Paint highlights with ivory. Tear around the word and foam tape in place on the left panel, as shown. Zot™ on a white dotted sheer ribbon.
Card inside: Journal “…is an outward reflection” onto the lower right side of 6”x5” yellow texture paper, then tear at an angle from the right to the lower left, as shown. Glue onto 6”x6” blue scuff paper, aligning the bottom edges. Use the die-cut card paper patterns to trace and cut the center frame piece from the journaled paper, placing the journaling as shown. Glue centered on the inside frame panel of your card. Use the paper patterns to trace and cut the remaining panel pieces and glue as shown.
