Cut 8 ¼”x3 ¼” seashell Seascapes & Sand 12”x12” Patterned Cardstock. Wrap 2 strands of jute along the bottom and go around twice crisscross and gluing in the back. Zot™ a bow where they cross. Glue to the Slim Line card leaving a 1/16” white border.
Cut three 2 1/4” blue Solid Cardstock squares. Press four Chipboard pieces with VersaMark then cover in embossing powder, shake off the excess, and melt with heat gun. Glue 2 seahorses centered on one square and glue the wheel and crab to the centers of the other squares. Wrap and glue jute around the corners of the two outer squares as shown. Foam tape the wheel in the center and the others ¼” from the Cardstock edges.
