Dad Rosette Card
Card Front: Place your card with the fold on the left and cover with North Country light blue paper. Cut a 4 1/2”x6” North Country dark grey paper and mat on North Country orange paper with 1/16” borders. Foam tape to the center of the card.
Cut a 2”x12” North Country light blue paper and punch along one long edge with the Trellis punch on the first setting. Valley fold in between each trellis punch out and mountain fold in the middle of each trellis. Bend the strip around and Zot™ the ends together to create a circle. Add some hot glue to the center of a 1” square of scrap paper and press the unpunched edge of the circle into it creating a rosette shape.
Trace Fancy Label B onto North Country dark grey paper and cut out. Mat on North Country orange paper with 1/16” borders.
Trace the Oval Sign onto cream cardstock and cut out. Mat on North Country orange paper with 1/16” borders. Place “Dad” Dazzles™ in the center. Foam tape to the center of the Fancy Label B and then hot glue to the center of your rosette.
Cut two 4” cream North Country crepe ribbons and cut the ends at an angle. Cut two 3” North Country light blue grosgrain ribbons and two 3” North Country orange twill ribbons. Cut the ends at an angle and layer one blue and one orange ribbon over each cream ribbon. Zot™ to the back of the rosette to create a tail for your rosette. Hot glue your rosette to the center of your card1/4” from the top edge.
Card Interior: Cut a 4” cream cardstock square and stamp “happy Father’s day” in black ink on the center 1” from the right edge. With the punch on the second setting, punch a 4” North Country grey paper and Zot™ to the center of a 4” North Country cream crepe ribbon. Zot™ to the cream cardstock 3/8” from the left edge. Mat on North Country orange paper with 1/8” borders and glue to the center of the card.
