Tape the edges of the Birch Tree stencil in place on black cardstock. Use a cosmetic sponge to apply FlitterGlu into the open spaces of the stencil, onto the cardstock. Remove the stencil and wash it. Sprinkle Manchester Tart Mega Flake onto the glue image and lightly press in place. Use the Scoochy foam to polish the image.
