For the Front: Place the card with the fold at the top. Cover with Robin’s Red teal/white flourish paper. Trace and cut a scallop heart from ivory pattern paper and glue to the center front. Trace the inner heart centered on the scallop heart. Open the card inside face down on a cutting mat and carefully cut along the inner heart to make the window. Cut two of the large lacy borders from red suede paper, following your die cutting machine manufacturer’s instructions. Cover the bottom two corners with lace, trimming as necessary. Measure out lace a little longer than the heart and cut and glue it to the inside of the window with Tacky Glue; glue one strip along the top of the heart and one along the bottom, spacing them about 1/2" apart. Tie a sheer ivory dot bow and glue to the bottom right of the heart.
Inside: Cover the inside with Robin’s Red red/teal flourish paper. Cut a banner from ivory paper using the shape from the Design Tool Kit #5. Stamp "Happy Birthday" in the center and mat on red tile paper with a 1/8" border. Glue to the center so that the greeting shows through the window to the front as shown.
