My Diary Faux Leather Notebook
Cut a piece of black crocodile paper to fit the front of the notebook. Secure the stencil to the crocodile paper going off the bottom left with stencil tape. Mask off any areas that go off the crocodile paper. In a cup, mix Translucent Embossing Paste with some Plum Royale mica powder. Scrape over the stencil with a mini squeegee. Carefully remove the stencil tape and lift off stencil. Repeat in the other two areas as shown. You can do them all at the same time, but you just have to be careful not to touch the wet parts. Let dry completely. Glue to the front of the notebook, trimming excess.
Print "My Diary" on white cardstock, then stamp the frame around it. Die cut it with the matching die. Punch a 1/8" hole in each end and string 9" of narrow purple sheer ribbon through the holes. Foam tape the label 3/4" from the right and 4" from the bottom. Glue the ribbon across the cover with Zips. Glue a small bow on the left side of the label as shown.
