Card Front: Place your card with the fold on the left and cover with Black Lace Shine paper. Cut the 1 1/8” clock face Dazzles™ in quarters and place in the corners as shown.
Cut a 3 3/4” square of black glimmer paper and place the large square frame Dazzles™ in the center 1/4” from the top. Place four small clock hand Dazzles™ in the corners of the glimmer paper square.
Place the large clock on White Truffle cream paper and cut around the edge leaving a 1/16” border. Foam tape to the center of the square Dazzles™. Place the 1 3/8” circle Dazzles™ on Black Shine paper and cut out leaving a 1/16” border and foam tape to the center. Place the center ring Dazzles on White Truffle cream paper and cut out leaving a 1/16” border and foam tape to the center. Place a large circle Dazzles™ in the center
Zot™ a 3 3/4” cream sheer White Truffle ribbon on the black glimmer paper 1/4” from the bottom edge. Cut a 7” cream sheer ribbon, tie a bow and Zot™ to the left side of the ribbon as shown. Place two ornate clock hand Dazzles™ on the ribbon underneath the bow as shown.
Foam tape the panel to a 4” square of White Truffle multi colored paper. Foam tape to the center of the card 1/4” from the top. Place “Time to Celebrate” Dazzles™ below the panel as shown.
Card Inside: Cover with White Truffle multi colored paper. Stamp “Happy Birthday” in the center of the card with Black ink as shown. Cut a 4”x5 1/2” White Truffle cream paper. Zot™ a 4” sheer cream ribbon 3/8” from the bottom edge, glue the ends to the back and place a gear Dazzles™ on the ribbon 3/8” from the right edge. Place one of the large clocks on the left side of the sentiment 1/8” above the ribbon. Glue the panel to the center of the card.
