You Are Sweet Card

For the front: Place your card with the fold on the top. Use a cosmetic sponge to ink around the border of the card, covering about 1" of a border. Set aside. Ink up half of your rubber brayer by rolling it on the Cheeky ink pad. Ink up the other half by rolling it on the Splash ink pad. Open your embossing folder and ink up the side with the raised plastic heart. Roll it straight across the heart several times until it is completely inked. If you get ink on a recessed area, wipe it off with a baby wipe or damp paper towel. Place white cardstock inside the embossing folder and carefully close it. Emboss with your embossing machine. The ink should transfer to the paper where it is pressed in, creating a letterpress look. Trim edges if needed. Round the corners with the Corner Chomper. Ink the edges with a cosmetic sponge and Cheeky ink. Glue to the center of the card. Cukt 1 5/8" x 7/8" of white cardstock and ink it completely with Splash ink. Stamp "You are sweet" in the center in black. Round the corners with the Corner Chomper (1/4" side). Ink the edges black and foam tape to the bottom left of the card as shown. Place 3 pearls in the top two corners and bottom right corner as shown.

For the inside: Emboss another heart with white cardstock (no inking the folder this time). Turn it over to the debossed side and ink the top half with Splash using a cosmetic sponge, and ink the bottom half with Cheeky using another sponge. Round the corners with the Corner Chomper. Ink edges black. Glue to card 3/8" from the bottom and 2 3/8" from the left. Trim excess. Stamp "Hello Friend" to the upper left of the heart as shown. Glue a small sheer pink bow to the lower left of the greeting with Zots ™.
