Birthday Blessings Card

For the Front: Place the card with the fold on the left. Cover the card with brown floral paper. Glue a 3/4" x 5" strip of green floral across the bottom. Place purple Dazzles™ borders along the bottom and just along the top edge of the green floral strip. Use a craft knife and ruler to cut four 1/8" thick strips of purple shiny Dazzles™ material (off of the long edges of the sticker sheet). Place the strips all around the edges of the card to create a shiny, metallic border. Back the butterfly label shape with beige dot paper. Color in the butterfly with Spectrum Noir pen IG6 from the Cool Greys set. Place "Birthday Blessings" in the center and foam tape centered to the card, 1/2" from the top. Place a Dazzles™ swirl below and to the right of the label as shown. Back a dragonfly with green paper and glue to the card 1/2" from the left and 2 1/2" from the top. Back a butterfly with pink paper and glue to card below and to the right of the dragonfly, as shown. Glue the teal berry cluster to the bottom left as shown, using medium Zots™ or Tacky Glue. Trim if needed. To create a shadow effect on the dragonfly and butterfly, line the bottom/right sides of the Dazzles™ with IG8 and then IG6.

For the Inside: Cover inside with pink diamond paper. Glue 5" x 1" of green floral paper across the top. Cut a narrow strip of purple holographic material from the Dragonflies Dazzles™ sheet and place just below the top strip, trimming excess. Back a flower with purple paper and glue to the top left, 1/4" from the top and left. Place a dragonfly 4" from the right and 3 1/4" from the top. Place a floral Dazzles™ border along the bottom 1/4" from the bottom edge. Use the same shadow technique as on the front for the flower and dragonfly.
