Trim 1 ½" off the front of the card, and cover the card front with purple paper. Cut a 4 ½" square of green stripe paper and a 3"x 4 ½" strip of purple floral paper. Ink the edges and glue the floral strip centered on the stripe. Add stitching along the edges of the floral paper and glue to the front of the card.

Ink the edges of the paper ribbon and a add heart border sticker. Color in the hearts. Cut a mat of green paper and mat with purple paper. Back the Cake with glimmer paper and add color to the roses, as shown. Foam tape the cake to the mat and add the glasses Dazzles™ to the side.

Inside the card: Cut a 2" strip of purple paper and add a Dazzle™ greeting. Place small heart stickers around the greeting and glue to the bottom edge of the card.

Cut a 2 ½" strip of floral paper, piece with the stripe paper, ink the edges and glue to the center of the card inside. Ink the edges of the paper ribbon and glue over the paper seams. Print a greeting on green paper and mat with purple. Add glimmer paper under the diamond of the rings and place Dazzles™ around the greeting.
