Celebrate Card
Place the card fold on the left. Cover the card with teal glimmer paper. Glue a 4 ¼” x 5 ¾” rectangle of purple dot paper, with inked edges, centered on the card front. Glue a 3” wide strip of teal circle paper, with inked edges, across the center.
Line the sun face only, with purple paper and adhere to the center of the teal circle strip. Place lengths of border extending in from the right and left sides toward the sun. Place 2 stars and 1 shooting star centered over the sun on the purple dot paper. Adhere “Celebrate” at the bottom of the card.
Inside the card: Glue a 1” wide strip of glimmer paper across the inside back, 5/8" from the top. Adhere a length of Dazzle™ border across the center. Hang a tag from the left side of the border and top with a tiny star.
