Wood & Texture Gate Birthday Card
For the card front: Place the card with the fold on the left. Cut 4¼"x5¾" Wood & Texture white brick paper with scuffed bricks at the bottom and mat it on cardstock with 1/8" borders. Die cut the gate from cardstock, then glue it centered on the paper.
Thread the oval feather/leaf die-cut onto a 7" length of gingham ribbon. Wrap the ribbon vertically over the brick paper, ½" from the left edge, and glue the ends to the back. Glue the panel to the card front.
Place black “happy birthday” Dazzles™ on the moth long tag die-cut as shown. Foam tape it across the bottom, overlapping the gate edge and aligning the right end with the right card edge. Gently lift up the oval tag and place foam tape on the upper back. Adhere it as shown.
Die cut two birds from Wood & Texture blue wood paper and glue both to the gate as shown. Knot a 3" gingham ribbon and glue the knot to the oval tag over the hole. Use Extra Sticky tape to attach a 5/8" and a 3/8" button as shown. Knot a 3" thread, trim the ends, and glue it to the small button.
For the inside: Cut 4"x5" Wood & Texture brown boards paper and mat the 4" edges on cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue it to the inside, aligning the right edges. Cut 1½"x6½" Wood & Texture red brick paper and mat the right long edge on cardstock with a 1/8" border. Glue it to the inside as shown.
